Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Our fishing seasons are short, so reservations are important to get your first choice of dates. A refund of the deposit minus a 10% charge of the total price of the trip will be given for cancellations outside of 90 days before the trip date. Cancellations within 90 days before your trip date will be charged the full amount of the deposit (Deposits are defined as 50% of the trip price). Rescheduling your trip may be an option if dates are available. All refund appeals must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail. No refunds for no-shows, last minute scheduling conflicts, or missing your trip.

Miller’s Riverboat Service reserves the right to make changes to scheduled trips due to changes in regulations to a fishery, or for our customer’s safety. Safety of our customers is our number one priority; however, there are risks involved in outdoor activities in Alaska. There are times when trips will be cancelled due to weather, river conditions, or acts of God. Although safety is our top priority, we do not accept responsibility for injury to our customers, personal property, or for time and cost sustained. If you are lodging with us, cleaning or damage fees will be charged if unnecessary wear is caused by customers, damage is done to the B&B property, or fish are processed in the downstairs of the B&B (Complimentary fish processing will be completed by staff when you lodge at the B&B).Once you make a deposit to Miller’s Riverboat Service, you agree to be confined to this cancellation policy.

Miller’s Riverboat Service reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken on any fishing charter/trip or event without expressed permission of those included in the photographs or videos. Miller’s Riverboat Service may use the photographs or videos in publications or other media materials produced, used, or contracted by Miller’s Riverboat Service, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, and other publicly displayed media.
